Been trying to call over 3 days no answer on the phone ! Alternatives store calls on my behalf same issue.. thought I would show up as the opening hours was 8pm I went there at 7.30 and they was closed. Been here in the past had to refund the trainers and they insisted credit note but I got refund as they was clearly a replica ! Do not purchase from here they also sell a lot of fakes I hear from local residents . travel 2 miles and go city centre or foose park support the cause to close this branch down staff dont care they should loose there jobs
Waited 20 minutes for service in footwear, got bored, gave up, going elsewhere.
Poorly presented store and the staff all seem to be 16 with absolutely no customer service skills.
I went in to get a couple of pairs of trainers. After 30 minutes in the shop and no staff around to help. I left empty handed. Waste of time
Large clean store set up on 2 floors. Parking is free . Staff are sometimes hard to find but when found are happy to help.
