I have one very sad daughter and an equally upset fiance who placed the order as now her daughters surprise present is not coming. Ordered item and dispatched 27th December allegedly with original delivery set for 2nd jan as per their listing. Admittedly it was over the Christmas period but I would of put contingency plans in place for this and told potential customers. Anyway seller contacted me to advise delivery on the 3rd Jan. the day of the Birthday so maybe no big deal. Seller then cancelled order on the 2nd and said I had attempted to blackmail with threats. Trust me I didnt If saying I cannot give you positive feedback or in fact any feedback and how about a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill for his failings is blackmail then people really do live in a very sheltered world. Just please if you are buying from them I hope you dont have the same nightmare I have just had.
Bought A chest of drawers from them. No contact made by them at all for almost a month. Had to chase by phone calls and emails. No reply at all. Eventually PayPal got me the refund. Complete nightmare. Avoid this scam seller.
