Worse than useless. Has a premium-rate 0844 number, so we decided to visit during opening hours. The door sign said 'open', but it was locked. There was a direction for deliveries to go to another premises on the estate, so we asked there. They're gone a lot, they said. You might catch them sometimes in the mornings. Not a place I'd do business with.
