I have had various repairs done by Chiswell and recently they installed a new Central Heating Boiler. The service I have had is excellent, they are quick to look at issues and explain the problem in plain English and then go onto undertaking the repair or installation at a sensible price. A good old fashion firm who is responsive and undertakes excellent work.

We just had new central heating fitted by these guys and they were brilliant. Hard working,reliable and honest it was a pleasure having them in our home. Don't consider anyone else these guys are the best.

Quoted 150 or less for a simple plumbing job which already seemed overpriced but went with it anyway. Got the bill at 180 and they did a poor job drilling holes far too big for pipes and clips that don't fit hoses. Reluctantly paid the bill raising concern for over charge by email with no response.Shame as was recommended to the company and reviews seemed good but overall very disappointed with service and most of all the price.

Honestly, these guys are a life saver! After being left in the lurch by some dodgy dealer we had no heating/hot water and had no idea what to do. Chiswells stepped in and completely saved the day and reinstated my trust in people. Mark did an absolutely fantastic job, hes a top notch chap and will be our point of contact for any future issues!

Outstanding, friendly, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. Cannot fault these guys customer service is superb. I won't use anyone else other than Chiswell now. Fantastic company.
