Terrible dirty smelly buses!Rude unfriendly bus driver who looked like he was on crack! Even shut the doors on me on my way out. Tried to rip our family off ... Booked coach for a family occasion ... Paid in cash to the driver as agreed on the on day, and a receipt will be sent by the office. Now apparently the driver was never paid! ... Regardless of the fact there are many witnesses to the payment. Asking for payment again!Rip off merchants ... Seems like a scam to me! Get paid twice ... Harrass the customers! This seems to be a family business of scammers! Bit of advise! Don't use! If you are desperate and need to ... Then get everything receipted and pay by cheque / bank transfer! Can't deny being paid then!!!

Extremely unhelpful staff, Daughter dropped mobile on one of there coaches in a gap where they had converted to a 53 seater. Our daughter saw the phone with the use of a light from her friends phone, took 4 days of phone calls to get them to look, when they did apparently the phone was not there.Owner Brian abusive, obnoxious and I would not trust the ethics of this company, please be aware make sure you don't leave anything on the coach in my opinion.
I was let down by another coach company and Abbey stepped in. They were great, very competitive prices, helpful driver, and the preschool children got to go on their outing!
