I have always received great service from the Porsche Centre Leicester. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. There is a good selection of new and used cars. David was especially helpful when I ordered/purchased my car. Definitely worth a visit.
A dealer who sells a significant number of their rare car allocation to one customer who then hands them back for both to profit from the premium prices they are sold for. Currently the Lizard Green 991.2 GT3RS is an example but it's been going on here for years. No point in trying to build a relationship here while this continues.
I live very close to the dealership so I visited in person for advise on setting up my car.I met the service advisor called Claire Taylor.She wasn't happy do deal with my issue at all.She was very unhelpful and reluctant to answer my questions properly.Her lack of effort was evident.This is not what you expect when you spend 100K on a Porsche only few months old obviously fully covered with warranty assistance etc. services so I am VERY disappointed! This is a honest and accurate review and I actually dealt with some nice people at this dealership before but this last visit put me off and I don't want to go back again sorry.
