Purchased a car in summer, reported a rattle sound to a garage four days after buying it. Took it in for a full service and I was advised that both front springs were completely broken. Swandale had no interest in helping or providing any aftercare support.Take a deeper look at what they're selling before you buy. If they won't MOT it for you, ask yourself why.Wouldn't recommend on.
Bought my c250d from Swandale and the car was sourced for me as I couldnt find the required spec myself. Billy and Ricky managed to find a car within budget within a week of letting them know my requirements (couldnt find the correct alloys on a premium plus package). Came on site to a fresh valet courtesy of Gavin, turned out immaculate and exactly what I wanted!

Originally spoke to Gavin on the phone who allowed me to reserve the car I was interested in viewing for just 99 (which after I bought the car was deducted from the price).Billy (Sales manager) was very helpful when we arrived and sorted us with a test drive and explained a bit about the car and how we could pay for it.
